We each should have the opportunity to be reminded of a little mindfulness every day.

Mindfulness is the ancient practice of being/living in the ‘now’, instead of worrying about the future, or the past – “the psychological process of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment”.
We could all do with worrying less about the things that are not important in our lives.
The ‘Om’, according to Wikipedia, represents the ‘self and everything’, ‘celebrating the creative powers of the universe’ and is used as a ‘tool for meditation’.
It is also often associated with the meditative practice of Yoga, where it “symbolizes three worlds in the Soul; the three times – past, present and future eternity, the three divine powers – creation, preservation and transformation in one Being; and three essences in one Spirit – immortality, omniscience, and joy.”
